It's an insane hour and I STILL have to study. Uhhhh . . .

Further proof Onee-chan and I are compatible - our shared naming of electronic appliances! (Me: Computer, printer, scanner, cd-writer, cellphone) ^^;;;

Who woulda thunk Win98 would be good for something?

And about the, uh, bg colors . . . soon! Really! Just . . . after finals. x_X

New Start

I archived.

About time. >_< I was going to fix the formatting first, but I figured that would take me roughly an hour and a half, so I said, screw it and moved on with my life. :P

(go me!)

I'll fix the gosh-awful colors this weekend before my (and your) retinas bleed anymore . . .

I'm also VERY happy I finally fixed my tracker code so it works correctly - it actually picks UP things now . . . so I don't think I've been totally abandoned by the world (and search engines). I have NO IDEA why 100 people went to my pitas on April 9th, however. Apparently I've gotten over 100 hits for "Meitantei Ragnarok Loki" and the like. o_O;

Well, since I watched the first two episodes instead of doing reading today >_< let me just say . . . I hope it gets better? And the tiny nugget of hope I hold for it is a combination of the opening and the scene in episode 2 where Loki is cast down from . . . errrr, "kami no seikai." The world of the gods. And what's with Thor and Loki being friends?? And why is Thor so fluffy perky? And no, Japanese people, a katana is NOT an adequate substitute for a hammer. ¬_¬ But Gram showing up was cool. Is that actually the name of Sigurd's sword? I'll have to look it up.

I recc'ed Crest of the Stars on my Scan teacher today - because the Abh language sounds like Swedish, darnit. >_< Yeah, I know . . . my reasoning sucks.

Ehhh, I forgot I'm getting up at EIGHT IN THE MORNING tomorrow. ;_; And, uh, thus, haven't done any work yet . . . ? But yeah, I have an appointment to talk about my minor at 9. x_X PLEASE don't let the man remember me as "that girl who couldn't stay awake in my class." That was totally unintentional. I mean, somedays I just went to Calculus and napped because I knew there was no way in hell I would get anything out of the lecture anyway (being incomprehensible) but I actually sort liked his class for the most part. I'm just sleep-deprived, is all.

I also have to call the pre-law-school advisor person because I don't know what the hell I'm should be/doing right now. ;_; And I'm probably gonna have to write my personal statement this weekend so I can go bug prof's for recs that they don't wanna give me. >_<

Ew, but I HAVE to do well on my Japanese Quiz this Friday as I have a high chance of failing if i don't . . . -_-;;;; And THEN I still have to make it through the FINAL. Nuuuuuuu~~~~!!!!!

But, on the bright side, if I get a "pass" in Japanese and I keep my grades up in the other classes, my GPA might actually go up a little this semester. *knocks on wood and looks hopeful*

In other news, just about everyone I know is having an incredibly sucky month. And the friends/relatives of everyone I know seem to be dealing with the same. I, myself, am having an up-and-down month. Lately it's been more down than up . . . but Monday I was on a sleep-deprivation high for most of the day so I was rather bouncy and cheerful and euphoric for no good reason. It's worn off, however.

I would just like to say: April, you suck. Hurry the hell up and turn into a better May. (But give me enough time to study for my finals . . .)
